I built and scaled an entertainment marketing agency from the ground up, growing to 20+ clients and achieving peak revenues of $100K+ per month. Along the way, I delivered standout client results, including helping one client expand from $20K to $80K in monthly revenue through data driven, targeted digital strategies.
A big part of this growth came from building every system myself. From marketing automation and client management to reporting frameworks and operational workflows. By designing, integrating, and monitoring these systems directly, I not only optimized performance but also learned firsthand how a company operates end to end. What started as a way to eliminate manual work evolved into a full suite of scalable processes that powered growth and freed the team to focus on high value client services.
I applied a holistic digital strategy framework to refine client positioning across social, performance, and marketing channels, consistently driving measurable revenue gains. Behind the scenes, I built streamlined operational structures and a self sustaining team, which allowed me to move into a strategic advisory role.
In October 2025, the agency will wind down operations as we transition our proprietary systems to a larger industry partner in exchange for equity. This marks both a successful conclusion to the company’s independent run and the beginning of a new chapter of growth within a broader platform.
